Special Investigations (Hunters)

Note
Hunters are Special Investigators (or contracted by them). A unit in the Police force. 
A bit like Mulder and Skully from X-Files (been a while since I saw it), more SI from The Dresden Files where the department is super under-funded but you get all the weird supernatural cases to deal with and spin some BS to journalists about what 'really' happened.

Todd Materson - Wick
The Crooked
Missing notes: I think was sent to SI for investigating / cross Don Giovanni. Trying to bust him but due to corruption he failed and was demoted to SI.

Sofia is Todd's moral compass. When he talks things over with them, their advice keeps them on the straight and narrow
Todd > Isobelle
Isobelle saved Todd's life when a monster had the drop on him. Now he owes them one. Monster: Werewolf.

Sofia Colombo - Sara
The Flake
Investigating a case, she got too close to uncovering something about the police super intendant.

Isobelle is somehow tied into it all. Sofia is keeping an eye on them.

Todd came to collect packages from Giovanni's pizza place, Sofia knows Todd from working summer jobs there.

A new recruit, also the chief's daughter, kept fumbling so much she got sent to the basement (SI).

On the agency's watchlist. Isobelle has been told to keep an eye on Sofia.
Isobelle > Todd
Met on a mission, worked together unofficially. And successfully. Standard beat cops, parking violation, got the vehicle towed, turned out to be a bank robbery. Hailed as heroes of the day for their accidental towing.

Don Giovanni is the head of the local crime syndicate.
National Pizza chain is used as a front for moving meth across state borders.
Rumoured to donate a lot of money to the local Police department.
Is the reason Todd (Wick) got demoted to Special Investigations (SI)
